Claudio Delli, managing director of WTB Hotels is someone we hold very dear at Waterstone. Claudio defines “hospitality from the heart” and he is someone for whom we have a great deal of respect. Claudio was the first employee when WTB Hotels was founded in 2004 and over the past 14 years he has been instrumental in growing the company to 7 hotels and 100 employees which he leads. At left we see Claudio atop the Hotel Santa Maria Novella, a hotel that is very meaningful to him as this was the first property on which WTB was founded. Claudio’s success with the Hotel Santa Maria  Novella established the spirit of WTB Hotels; a company highly regarded for its commitment to travel advisors and their truly authentic and warm hospitality. Claudio tirelessly travels the US and Canada with Waterstone and at every stop he unfurls the WTB banner. When advisors meet with Claudio they immediately understand that the company he has helped to build is something intangibly very special.
