Our business philosophy is simple.  We support the travel advisor relationship with their client from the initial enquiry, throughout the booking process and post stay experience regardless of the booking channel! 

• With our deep knowledge we help you select the right hotel, room or itinerary to match your client’s individual needs
• We ensure all your VIP bookings receive special benefits (including upgrades and in room amenities etc.), with a note of thanks from you, our travel advisor partner 
• We troubleshoot and rectify any issues that might arise, and maintain communication with you through the guest experience and after departure as required
• We might also be able to recommend a preferred local vendor (e.g. restaurant or shop) to enhance the guest experience
